What's a max bid?

(Nationalsozialistisches Reichskriegerbund Armband) Constructed of black wool, the exterior bearing a machine-embroidered, multi-coloured, cotton-threaded NSRKB insignia in the form of a red shield bearing a black-and-white Cross Pattée overlaid by a central mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 175 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), the reverse exterior bears the remnants of an adhesive, in overall near extremely fine condition.
