What's a max bid?

Constructed of a green cotton blend with machine-embroidered black thread text, NSDAP Saarbrucken ink stamp clearly visible on bottom left, maker marked “Kruse & Söhne, Wuppertal-Barmen” on reverse, measuring 187 mm in length when folded, minor soiling is evident along with two small holes on the reverse exterior, otherwise in near extremely fine condition.
