What's a max bid?

(Werft Armband). Constructed of olive-drab cotton, the exterior bearing a painted white inscription of “WERFT 9/33”, overlaid by an illegible district stamp, otherwise unmarked, measuring 185 mm (w) x 108 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
