What's a max bid?

A pair of labour organization armbands, including a Technical Emergency Help (TeNO) member’s armband, constructed of olive-drab cotton twill, the exterior bearing a dyed black TeNo insignia, unmarked, measuring 190 mm (l) x 124 mm (h), with some soiling evident, in overall near extremely fine condition, and; a German Labour Front (DAF) Labour Troops cuff title, constructed of light blue cotton, the exterior bearing a dyed black inscription of “WERKSCHAR”, flanked on each side by a DAF insignia, unmarked, measuring 170 mm (l) x 40 mm (h), minor soiling evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
