What's a max bid?

Six piece construction; black ribbed rayon swastika with crisp fold around the corners on a 90 mm white rayon roundel; on a red wool armband; 7 mm ribbed black rayon strips on the top and bottom edges; with a SS manufacturer’s tag, numbered “No 040604” on the inside behind the swastika roundel; cut at the seam; without mothing; measuring 477 mm x 115 mm; extremely fine condition.
