What's a max bid?

In dark brown cotton, with machine embroidered golden threads “NSD Oberschule Starnbergersee”, and also edged at the top and bottom in golden colored threads; approximate length 39cm (or 15 ½ inches), in extremely fine condition; this is a rare cufftitle, worn by selected SA students enrolled into private SA school opened in 1934 near Lake Starnberg
