What's a max bid?

Badge in silver grade dated “1932” - in silvered die stamped bronze, 46mm x 46.2mm, weighs 12.2 grams, pin back, some silver finish worn off at high points, otherwise in extremely fine condition; “Anhalt” cufftitle, 36cm in length (or 14 ½ inches)30mm tall, with machine embroidered “Anhalt”, bordered with wide red stripes; together with a photo of RAD man, to whom (according to a consignor) these two items belonged.
