What's a max bid?

Germany, SS. A Germanic SS in Flanders (SS-Vlaanderen) Cuff Title

(SS-Vlaanderen Ärmelband). This is an extremely well-preserved Germaansche SS in Vlaanderen (Germanic SS in Flanders) cuff title constructed of a black rayon band with machine embroidered silver trimming. In the centre, there is a machine-embroidered grey thread inscription featuring the double sig runes of the SS and BeVo-style, Latin script “Vlaanderen” (Flanders). The title is unmarked and measures approximately 27 mm (w) x 471 mm (l). There is some minor fraying of the silver thread embroidery, but the title presents in an otherwise near extremely fine condition.
