Germany, SS. A Rare Reichsführer-SS Personal Staff Cuff Title
(Allgemeine SS Ärmelband für Führer in der Reichsführung-SS "RFSS"). A rare and extremely well-preserved cuff title for an Officer on the personal staff of the Reichsführer-SS, constructed of ribbed black rayon, the obverse trimmed along both the top and bottom edges with silver aluminum wire tresses, bearing a machine-embroidered silver wire inscription of “RFSS” (“Reichsführer-SS, with the latter characters presenting as classic double Sig runes), the reverse retaining a partially-intact Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) label, measuring 28 cm (w) x 490 mm (l), a scarce second pattern example in near mint condition.
