What's a max bid?

Constructed of green rayon, the obverse trimmed with white machine-embroidery, with a white machine-embroidered inscription of “OSTTÜRKISCHER WAFFEN-VERBAND DER SS”, the reverse with a black and white machine-embroidered checkered lining, unmarked, measuring 30 mm (w) x 430 mm (l), minor material fatigue evident, in near extremely fine condition.
