What's a max bid?

A cuff title constructed of white cotton, with machine-embroidered script KRETA in bright golden-yellow threading, flanked on both sides by Acanthus designs in the same coloured thread, the top and bottom edges are bordered in matching bright golden-yellow braiding, measuring 35 mm (w) x 470 mm (l), displaying signs of being uniform removed, and in good condition.
