What's a max bid?

Constructed of field-grey and olive-drab cotton, the obverse bearing a machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire inscription of “AFRIKAKORPS”, within dual machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire tresses, unmarked, measuring 33 mm (w) x 380 mm (l), with the remnants of an adhesive to both the obverse and reverse, in overall near extremely fine condition.
