What's a max bid?

Footnote: Schlachtgeschwader 2 “Immelmann” was a Luftwaffe dive-bomber wing during the Second War, named “Immelmann” after the first German pilot to earn the Pour le Merite. It consisted of Stuka dive-bombers in the southern sectors of the Eastern Front near Stalingrad and the Caucasus.
