What's a max bid?

A Luftwaffe cuff title constructed of blue wool with the inscription “Kriegsberichter der Luftwaffe” (“War Correspondent of the Luftwaffe”) in gothic lettering in silver-aluminum threads, with silver-aluminium Russia braid along the upper and lower edges of the band, measuring 36 mm (w) x 434 mm (l), presents mild soiling, and in very fine condition.
