What's a max bid?

Full length 49cm (19.5 inches), machine woven, RZM pattern, black rayon cufftitle with hand embroidered Gothic script "Deutschland", in bright silver/aluminum wire threads. This textbook cufftitle is bordered at both top and bottom edges in horizontally woven, seven strands, in bright silver/aluminum threads. This cufftitle has black, ribbed, protective black fabric backing stitched to the reverse of cufftitle. Choice example, in mint condition, unworn, very desirable and scarce
