What's a max bid?

(Heer Gürtelschnalle für General). Constructed of gilded aluminum, the obverse bearing a central raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, set within a circular oak leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, the reverse with a prong and loop, unmarked, measuring 50 mm in diameter, minor loss of finish is evident to high-contact points and some gouging is evident to the interior ring, in overall very fine condition.
