(Wehrmacht Gürtelschnallen). A pair of Wehrmacht Enlisted personnel belt buckles, including a Heer buckle, constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised Heer-style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within a ribbed ring bearing an inscription of “GOTT MIT UNS” (“GOD WITH US”), and oak leaf branches, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment claws, maker marked with the logo of Ernst Schneider, Lüdenscheid, circumscribing a manufacture date of “40”, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with oxidation throughout, in fair condition, and; a Luftwaffe buckle, constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a raised Luftwaffe eagle on a pebbled background, within an oval laurel leaf wreath, the reverse with a loop and swivel attachment prongs, maker marked with the logo of Richard Sieper & Söhne, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with evidence of possible repair to the loop, in near extremely fine condition.
