What's a max bid?

(Organisation Todt Gürtelschnalle). Constructed of magnetic metal, the obverse bearing a central raised German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, overlaying a sword and crossed shovels, set above a pillbox and within an oak leaf wreath, the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, marked with an Organisation Todt logo, measuring 64 mm (w) x 48 mm (h), with some loss of finish evident, a rare buckle in overall better than very fine condition.
