A German National Forestry Service Official's Belt with Buckle
Silvered die-stamped aluminum buckle on the right end, unmarked, illustrating a left-facing eagle clenching a wreathed swastika in its talons, surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves and acorns, the buckle measuring 49.8 mm x 54.5 mm. Thick leather belt with a smooth finished dark forest green upper, green felt underside, the buckle held firmly in place on the right end by two large snap closures where the belt wraps around to the reverse, silvered aluminum receiving clip, along with a leather tab with a smooth finished dark forest green upper stitched in place on the underside on the left end, the tab with seven rows of two holes each for length adjustment and emboss stamped "110" on its tip, two sliders on the belt with matching smooth finished dark forest green uppers, the belt measuring 45 mm x 1,160 mm. Scattered silvering wear on the buckle and clip, very light crazing on the upper, mothing evident on the green felt underside. Near extremely fine.
