Buckle is Type II, right facing eagle, in stamped silvered tombac with bronze clip marked NSP, measures 48mm, on brown leather belt with green felt interior; felt has experienced mothing but leather is flexible and strong, measuring 98cm in length and 4.4 cm in width, near very fine overall.
