A round aluminum Forstschutz (Forestry Protection) officer’s buckle, constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a Reichsadler-style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, on a pebbled field, inside of an oak leaf wreath, the reverse with dual clasps for attachment, unmarked, measuring 55 mm (w) x 50 mm (h), attached to its original belt, constructed of a reinforced field-grey cotton twill, the exterior with machine-embroidered silver aluminum wire bearing dual forest green bands, with two slidable clasps, measuring 45 mm (w) x 1080 mm (l), in near extremely fine condition.
