What's a max bid?

Constructed of magnetic metal obverse depicting central German national eagle clutching a HJ shield, within a ribbed ring inscribed “Blut und Ehre” (“Blood and Honour”), reverse marked with Reichszeugmeisterei (RZM) logo and maker code “4/79” for Hillenbrand & Bröer, Lüdenscheid, measuring 64 mm (w) x 49 mm (h), in very fine condition.
