In stamped blackened steel, unmarked reverse, measuring 48.2 mm x 64.2 mm, with leather tab emboss stamped with the maker mark "H. AURICH DRESDEN" and dated "1940", nearly unworn, better than extremely fine. This particular buckle is illustrated on page 138 of "Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition" by John R. Angolia and came from his personal collection.
