What's a max bid?

A Luftwaffe Officer's Belt and Buckle with Aiguillette & Box - Buckle has a three-piece construction, aluminum, gilt eagle riveted to a pebbled field surrounded by a full wreath of oak leaves, marked "100" on the clip, 50 mm x 54.5 mm. Belt features a stiff frame, the upper in silver bullion wire, interlaced with red, white and black threading, the reverse is Luftwaffe grayish-blue cloth, two sliding loops with their uppers and reverses matching that of the belt, the aluminum buckle attached to the belt via its loop at the right end, the aluminum receiving loop stitched in place on the left end, the belt measuring 45 mm x 1,010 mm, mint. Accompanied by its braided aiguillette with cord, fabricated from fine silver bullion wire, also mint. In their circular, thick cardboard box of issue, ornate design in purple on the interior, torn and collapsed lid, lightly soiled bottom, box very fine.
