Constructed of stamped brass, plain field, centering nickel face plate, affixed by two rivets; 63mm x 47mm, unmarked, in worn condition. Footnote: "Nationalsozialische Betriebszellen Organization - NSBO", translated: National-socialist Industrial-unit Organization), organized in early 1930’s with aim of representing NS alternative to Unionist organizations; it was mostly active in heavy industrial centers.
