Constructed of stamped brass, plain field, centering silvered face plate (silver wash rubbed off), affixed by two rivets; 63mm x 49mm, marked with logo of company Overhoff & Cie, Ludenscheid, in worn condition. Footnote: "Nationalsozialische Betriebszellen Organization - NSBO", translated: National-socialist Industrial-unit Organization), organized in early 1930’s with aim of representing NS alternative to Unionist organizations; it was mostly active in heavy industrial centers.
