What's a max bid?

Fabricated from a very thick leather with a smooth finished brown upper, raw underside, left end with a gold-coloured washed aluminum receiving clip illustrating a repeating pattern of oak leaves, the receiving clip marked with the RZM (Reichszeugmeisterei) insignia and maker marked "M4/39" (F.W. Assmann & Söhne, Lüdenscheid), emboss stamped with the RZM (Reichszeugmeisterei) insignia, marked "KERNSTÜCK" and maker marked "L2/8577/36" where the belt wraps around to the left underside, stamped in blue ink on its underside with very large RZM insignias over "23" in two locations, seven rows of two holes each for length adjustment and raw underside marked with large numerals "115" stamped in black ink at the right end, the belt with one slider and measuring 60 mm x 1,360 mm. Light contact on both sides. Better than extremely fine.
