What's a max bid?

Constructed of gilt aluminum; the obverse with an oval lightly pebbled field depicting a political national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, surrounded by an open-ended wreath tied together at the base via a ribbon; the reverse with a standard catch and double pronged bar; maker marked “RZM M4/23” for “Franke & Co., Lüdenscheid” on the reverse; measuring 56 mm; in better than very fine condition.
