The inside rear of the belt is reinforced by three 22 mm wide leather straps, the vertical central strap flanked by angled straps on either side, the angled straps spread wide towards the top of the belt. There are elasticized triangular panels on the lower portion of the belt on either side at the waist. The belt measures 158 mm wide at the front, 197 mm wide at the back and 925 mm in length when the straps are detached. Lightly soiled on the reverse, near extremely fine. Footnote: In May 1933, an Aryanization organization named Adefa (Arbeitsgemeinschaft deutsch-arischer Fabrikanten der Bekleidungsindustrie) was established. Their aim was to purge jews from the fashion industry in all areas. They reached their goal by January 1939, as all Jewish fashion designers were excluded.
