What's a max bid?

A 1934 Youth Sports Festival Document

A certificate for the German Youth Sports Festival, dated to June 23, 1934. It measures 208x300mm and is in better than extremely fine condition, with two small stains on the left side. It states that Margot Träger was victorious in a single’s competition in the first age class. She achieved 59 points. The document carries two facsimiles, one of Reich Youth Leader Baldur von Schirach (1907–1974), and one of Reich Sports Leader Hans von Tschammer und Osten (1887–1943). It features a drawing by Wilhelm Petersen (1900–1987), one of the most prominent artists of the Nazi regime.
