What's a max bid?

A certificate, card stock, measuring 211x298mm, near mint condition; in folder, measuring 220x305mm, near mint condition; with Spanish translation, measuring 211x297mm, extremely fine condition with folding crease; with envelope, measuring 327x235mm, very fine condition with several tears and some scuffing. The recipient is Cabo (Corporal) Don Manuel Siler Ariza, who received the German Merit Medal with Swords on June 5, 1939. The award certificate carries a facsimile in the name of A.H. by State Minister Otto Meissner (1880–1953).
