A Notice of Death of Corporal Karl Götz

This is a notice of death of Corporal Karl Götz, dated November 1, 1944 at march am Neckar. It reads that Gefreiter Götz, the second casualty of the family, died at the age of 19 on September 3, 1944, after being hit with grenade shrapnel on the Southern Front. A wooden cross was left behind on the side of an Italian road in his memory. A service was to be held on November 5, at 2pm at the Alexander Church. On heavy paper, in black Gothic lettering, with black borders, measuring 151 mm x 93 mm. The envelope in paper, with black borders, measuring 156 mm x 100 mm.
