A operation qualification certificate to permit Walter Preusse of the National Socialist Motor Corps of Hannover to operate and do maintenance on machinery operating on anthracite gas; course taken between November 7 1942 and November 21, 1942; stamped and signed by Gruppenführer Themke; measuring 14.7 cm x 10.8 cm; fine condition. Footnote: The NSKK was a paramilitary organization of the N.S.D.A.P that existed between 1931 and 1945. It served as a training organization, mainly instructing members in the operation and maintenance of high-performance motorcycles and cars. However, the NSKK was also used to transport important party officials and SA officials-members.
