What's a max bid?

Masthead inscribed "Deutsche Reichspost", inscribed "064" and "Telegramm" at the upper left, stamped "05 II. 43 20 53" and "Berlin", received at the Munich office (München) and number stamped "2202", sent from "1064 S BERLIN F 25/24 5 2015" and addressed to "GAULEITER GIESELER MUENCHEN", the text reading "FUER IHRE MIR ANLAESSLICH DES WEIHNACHTSFESTES ERWIESENE ERWIESENE AUFMERKSAMKEIT DANKE ICH IHNEN NOCH NACHTRAEGLICH BESTENS / HEIL HITLER GOERING REICHSMARSCHALL DES GROSSDEUTSCHEN REICHES", with notations in handwritten black ink below, the telegram printed in black ink on a cream-coloured paper stock, with the sender, addressee and message text on teletype strips pasted in place, two die-holes in the left margin, 148 mm x 210 mm, extremely fine.
