An Envelope sent on the “Graf Zeppelin” from Brazil via New York to Spain
An envelope, measuring 190x99mm, extremely fine condition with minor scuffing. It was sent from Brazil to Spain on the First Europe Pan-America Round Flight of airship “Graf Zeppelin”. The sender is Harry E. Klotzbach from Buffalo, New York. The recipient is Baquera, Kusche & Martin, S.A. in Sevilla, Spain, the Spanish office of the Zeppelin company. The envelope is stamped in Recife in the Brazilian state of Pernambuco on May 28, 1930, arrived in New York on June 23, and had made its way to Sevilla on June 30.
