What's a max bid?

This Leistungsbuch (achievement booklet) for the Reichssportjugendabzeichen (National Sports Youth Badge) is issued to Hans Werner Arnholdt, born June 4, 1921 in Kaiserslautern (western Germany). With photo. A stamp states that the book was handed in for evaluation on November 19, 1935. Arnholdt was awarded the badge on December 2, 1935. The book carries a facsimile by Reich Sports Leader Hans von Tschammer und Osten.
