What's a max bid?

Your maximum bid should be the highest amount you're willing to pay for an item.

If another auction participant places a bid for $125 dollars, the auction lot price will display $121 dollars having exceeded your previously submitted maximum bid by $1.00 dollar.

Patzwall, measuring 150 mm (w) x 210 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a copy of “DIE RITTERKREUZTRÄGER DES KRIEGSVERDIENSTKREUZES 1942-1945” (“THE HOLDERS OF THE KNIGHT’S CROSS OF THE WAR MERIT CROSS 1942-1945”), constructed of a card stock binding, the interior with 312 paginated pages, featuring a detailed list of holders of the Knight’s Cross of the War Merit Cross, supplemented by images and an index, published in 1984 by Militaria-Archiv Klaus D. Patzwall, measuring 160 mm (w) x 235 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a copy of “DIENSTALTERSLISTE DER SCHUTZSTAFFEL DER NSDAP” (“SENIORITY LIST OF THE SCHUTZSTAFFEL OF THE NSDAP”), constructed of a light glossed card stock binding, the interior with 152 paginated pages listing SS personnel with unit information, membership numbers, and ranks, the interior with a postwar bookplate, measuring 148 mm (w) x 210 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
