The service certificate is named to Gefreiter (lance corporal) Kurt Holstein, stating that he served from October 29, 1935 to September 30, 1937 in Panzerabwehr (anti-tank) detachment 27. It is dated to Augsburg on September 30, 1937 and signed in black ink by Oberleutnant (first lieutenant) and adjutant Schmidt. Measuring 294 mm (w) x 408 mm (h), presenting light scuffing of the edges, remains extremely fine.
