A Heer Soldbuch named to Obergefreiter Wilhelm Fromminger, featuring 24 pages of personal information, medical records, and records of awards received, measuring 104 mm (w) x 145 mm (h), all swastikas inside the book have been crossed out with ink, some pages have been separated and material fatigue is evident throughout, in very fine condition.
Footnote: Wilhelm Fromminger was born 27 July 29 in Rinteln an der Weser. He entered Wehrmacht service in Hildesheim on 8 March 1940 and was assigned to Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon 191. He was wounded a number of times and received the Wound Badge in Silver on 20 February 1945 and Gold on 17 September 1945. His last recorded rank was a promotion to Obergefreiter on 1 March 1943.
