The Iron Cross 1st Class certificate is named to Hauptmann (captain) Josef Enzinger of Gebirgsjäger (mountain troop) Regiment 100. Dated to Bad Reichenhall on August 20, 1940. Measuring 139 mm (w) x 202 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, light overall warping and creasing, minimal scuffing of the edges, and some age-related discolouration. The regiment’s stamp has been censored and denazified. The certificate is glued to a cardboard and faux leather frame. Remains better than fine.
