(Reichsparteitag Fotoalbum). A superb and extremely well-preserved private Nuremberg Rally photo album. It is constructed of a heavy card stock frame with marbled front and back covers, with the spine and corner adorned with faux brown leather liners imitating a leather-bound book. Pasted to the front cover is a fully-colour commemorative Munich Beer Hall Putsch postcard, measuring 102 mm (w) x 148 mm (h). The interior content consists of 25 black card stock pages, each separated by a fully intact wax paper divider. The title page features portraits of AH on both the front in back, with the latter in postcard format. Importantly, it displays the original signature of A.H. This signature is in black ink and represents a textbook example of an AH wartime/period signature.
The remaining content consists of professionally-captured black-and-white photos of an undated Nuremberg Rally, each printed on period Agfa paper. Most images appears to have been captured at the Luitpoldarena and surrounding rally facilities, and notably depict candid shots of AH, Hermann Göring, Rudolf Hess, Julius Streicher, Baldur von Schirach, and other key figures of the NSDAP and Third Reich. Notably, it contains numerous striking scenes of Sturmabteilung (SA) and Schutzstaffel (SS) formations and standard-bearers in classic brown and black uniforms, including some depicting AH greeting units with the Blutfahne (Blood Flag) wielded by Jakob Grimminger. The album measures 210 mm (w) x 275 mm (h). One photo appears to be missings, and there is slight, age-appropriate material fatigue evident to the binding, but this otherwise intact and fascinating look at a Nuremberg Rally is in an overall extremely fine condition.
