The owner’s certificate is named to Zanis Piksis for property he owns in the town of Aiswicken (present-day Aizviķu, Latvia) and that had previously been dispossessed by the Soviet government. Due to a law instituted by the German occupying forces in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, dispossessed property is to be given back to their former owners. The certificate was commissioned by the Generalkommissar in Riga, Otto-Heinrich Drechsler. It is dated to 1 December 1943.
Measuring 210 mm (w) x 296 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, light soiling, and light scuffing of the edges, remains better than fine.
