Constructed of off-white paper stock with black ink, named to “SS-OBERPIONIER FRANZ BIMMINGSTOCHER”, SS-Pionier und Ausbildungs Bataillon 1, awarded in Berlin on 15 March 1944 for three wounds suffered on 5 July 1943, 19 August 1943, and 19 September 1943, featuring a handwritten signature of SS-Obergruppenführer and Führungshauptamt Chief Hans Jüttner, measuring 148 mm (w) x 210 mm (h), with a central folding crease and minor material fatigue evident, in overall near extremely fine condition.
