A 1942 edition of “Kalender der Deutschen in der Slowakei” (“Calendar of Germans in Slovakia”), constructed of a card stock binding with non-paginated interior pages. It features an annotated calendar for the year 1942, followed by articles of interest to German culture in Slovakia, as well as an extensive directory of German-owned/Germanophone businesses in Slovakia, supplemented by an array of business advertisements. It was published by Roland-Verlag of Pressburg (Bratislava) and measures 175 mm (w) x 222 mm (h). Moderate soiling and material fatigue are evident, with the latter resulting in some deterioration of the binding. The calendar is in an overall very fine condition.
