The 25 Year Police Long Service certificate is named to Polizeimeister (police constable) Paul Göring in Apolda (Thuringia). Dated to Berlin on February 1, 1939 and carrying a facsimile signature by A.H. Measuring 211 mm (w) x 296 mm (h), presenting two punched holes and minimal scuffing of the edges, remains extremely fine.
