(Briefverkehr). A mixed lot of four ghetto and concentration camp correspondence, including a postcard mailed from Budapest to an inmate of Litzmannstadt (Łódź Ghetto), featuring a lengthy handwritten inscription, dated 18 February 1942, measuring 148 mm (w) x 105 mm (h), in extremely fine condition; a letter to Andreas Pietrovski, an inmate of the Litzmannstadt ghetto, featuring a handwritten inscription from Zygmunt Pietrovski, an inmate of Gusen (Mauthausen), dated 19 October 1941, concealed within its original envelope postmarked 5 November 1941, measuring 160 mm (w) x 115 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident, in extremely fine condition; a postcard confirming an aid package was received by Dr. Otto Stein, an inmate of Theresienstadt, dated 29 August 1944, measuring 152 mm (w) x 108 mm (h), in extremely fine condition, and; a letter to an inmate of Lublin ghetto, dated 14 March 1944, measuring 135 mm (w) x 98 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
