1 A Soldbuch, constructed of a card stock binding with 24 paginated interior pages filled with handwritten and stamped entries, named to “PAUL HARTMANN”, who served with a number of construction units during the Second World War, retaining a certified black-and-white photo of the bearer, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 14.5 cm (h), retaining nine assorted private family photographs and papers, demonstrating material fatigue consistent with age and wartime use, in very fine condition.
2. A Deutsche Arbeitsfront (German Labour Front/DAF) membership booklet, constructed of a card stock binding with 16 paginated interior pages, named to labourer “HEINZ VAUPEL”, featuring stamps for membership dues for years 1941-1944, measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 15 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
3. Two Arbeitsbücher, each constructed of card stock bindings with paginated interior pages, one named to “HEINZ VAUPEL” and the other to “KARL WOLF”, both lightly filled with handwritten and stamped entries, the latter retaining an interesting Japanese-style paper doll, both measuring 10.5 cm (w) x 15 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
4. Also including a 1941 Reichsbahn (State Railway) bookkeeping and financial regulations booklet, constructed of a card stock binding with 122 paginated interior pages, published in Leipzig by Reinhold Rudolph, measuring 15 cm (w) x 21 cm (h), in extremely fine condition.
