What's a max bid?

(Papiere). A mixed lot of six paper documents and items, including:

1. A commemorative retirement certificate to Heeresunterkunftamtsvorteher Ernst Meischeider, issued in Berlin on & January 1938 and acknowledging Meischeider’s many years of meritorious service, wishing him well in retirement and confirming his right to continue to wear his uniform and decorations, featuring the handwritten signature of Reichskriegsminister (Reich Minister of War) Werner von Blomberg, measuring 210 mm (w) x 295 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.

2. A 1936 Berlin Olympics cigarette album, constructed of a card stock binding with partially-paginated interior pages, pasted with 114 colourized photos of participating athletes, published by Heinrich Franck & Söhne, measuring 33 cm (w) x 29.5 cm (h), with some material fatigue evident to the binding and possible removal of some pages, in very fine condition.

3. A 30 June 1938 edition of Ostmark-Woche, featuring images with brief descriptions looking at the HJ and Bund Deutscher Mädel (BDM), Austrian farmers, and the Austrian Reichsluftschutzbund (RLB), measuring

4. An envelope posted to Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler from the Reich Commissioner for the Consolidation of German Nationality, with a stamped post date of “1. 4. 41.”, measuring 165 mm (w) x 130 mm (h), missing its accompanying letter and with minor tearing evident, in near extremely fine condition.

5. A propaganda poster, printed on beige card stock, the obverse bearing a black ink image of a German national eagle soaring above raised Reichskriegsflagge, in turn above an inscription of “ES KANN NICHT ANDERS SEIN: WIR MÜSSEN SIEGEN, UND WIR WERDEN AUCH SIEGEN!” (“IT CANNOT BE OTHERWISE: WE MUST WIN, AND WE WILL WIN!”), cited as a direct quote from AH, the bottom bearing a small inscription indicating that the poster was produced by the NSDAP’s main printing and publishing house in Munich in August 1940, measuring 29 cm (w) x 43 cm (h), with minor creasing and material fatigue evident, in near extremely fine condition.

6. A 1941 Christmas at War commemorative booklet, constructed of a grey paper stock binding with non-paginated interior pages featuring black-and-white images of combat on the Eastern Front interspersed with nationalistic propaganda, measuring 170 mm (w) x 240 mm (h), with minor material fatigue evident, in very fine condition.
