The naturalisation certificate states that Artur Heuchert, born 6 January 1910, and his wife Rosalie, née Baumgartner, from Czernowitz (Chernivtsi) in the region of Buchenland (Bukovina, Ukraine) have become citizens of the German Reich. Dated to Liebenthal on 11 November 1940. Measuring 208 mm (w) x 296 mm (h), presenting two folding creases, several age spots, and light creasing and fraying of the edges, remains better than fine.
