What's a max bid?

A pair of weapon instruction manuals published by Heinz Denckler, including a booklet for the Model 24 Stielhandgranate, consisting of 29 pages of diagrams and instructions for their assembly, maintenance, and use, the interior cover page with a handwritten owner’s named of “SCHRÖDER”, measuring 105 mm (w) x 147 mm (h), minor material fatigue evident, in near extremely fine condition, and; a booklet for the Luger Model 1908, with 32 pages of instructional material, the reverse cover with dual fold-out diagrams, the obverse title page with a HJ stamp indicating the booklet was the property of company 1/645 of Graudenz, measuring 105 mm (w) x 145 mm (h), minor material fatigue evident, in near extremely fine condition.
